The OLGA Program was created in H1 2023 as six three-hour sessions. This was updated & launched in 2024 for People Leaders as six one-hour sessions for those in their first to third year of leadership. It’s based on The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, but the learning focuses on these areas to drive the behaviors to create a collaborative, communicative, & cohesive team.
