Accountability is one of the most difficult things for people leaders to master. We’ve all worked for leaders that gave their best employees more & more work, because they knew the employee would deliver. While people who didn’t get things done, weren’t innovative, & contributed very little to the team happily existed in the same ecosystem without all the work. When leader’s hold everyone accountable for delivering equal workloads, quality of work, & contributing to the team, engagement soars.
