In this OLGA session, we discuss leveraging coaching to elevate commitment and how leaders can create clarity around meaning, purpose, roles, and responsibilities for their teams. We leverage two exercises (one listed in the workshop below) to help leaders understand how important an investment in coaching is for development and the second about how difficult prioritization is for leaders, and that is the same way our people feel.
