My operating principles as an OD practitioner are: Rigor · Communication · Action

• Rigor: I don't skip the diagnostic work. Data before design.
• Communication: The narrative is as important as the content.
• Action: Everything I build is meant to move, not sit in a deck.

Workplaces are changing at breakneck speed, & many companies are jumping into new tools before they’ve set the right guardrails. Over the last six months, I’ve been building a suite of resources designed to support "Human + Agentic" talent - helping teams build the consistent, responsible habits that this new era of leadership demands.

I’ve built these programs on evergreen frameworks, but I don't just let them sit on a shelf. I check in on them every quarter using real-world feedback & listening sessions. This keeps everything hyper-relevant & engaging, ensuring they actually make an impact through coaching & day-to-day application for every level of work.

Data Before Design

I created this Diagnostic to help professionals move beyond simply being "good with AI" by evaluating how deeply & effectively they have integrated AI into their professional identity & daily workflows. It is designed to take about 10–15 minutes & emphasizes honest reflection over "correct" answers.

I capture rich data to identify & support any gaps in systems or frameworks, and can work to deliver solutions & elevate capabilities enterprise-wide.
