So many organizations are fully planted in “this is how we’ve always done it.” To me, this is the kiss of death for innovation. I was able to reinvent a fractured and (at best) boring experience into a meaningful story for our new hires.

The new hires were exposed to more people in the organization and would receive critical product &marketing training in their first quarter (regardless of their role) to become brand ambassadors!
