🌱FRACTIONAL SERVICES RATES

<aside> 🦩 Fractional is a skills & leadership-based role. Consultants focus on their deliverable(s), while Fractionals also have to focus on the impact on the team & the company beyond the deliverable. This role is integral/critical to the business's success. This role is strategic & operational and has access to the information they need to be effective.

• $3000/week fee/retainer (6+ month projects) - minimum of 6-month (26-week) contract
  • Average of 40 - 60 hours per month

🍸CONSULTING SERVICES RATES

<aside> 🦩 Open to consulting projects of 3-6 months: Consulting is a skills-based role. This is a role that is additive to the business and not embedded into the team. This role relies on partners openly sharing information relevant to the project.

Updating Existing Content

• $375/hour (minimum of 5 hours)

Workshop Facilitation

• $375/hour (minimum of two hours per workshop)

Quarterly Book Club Discussion Facilitation

• $250/hour (minimum of two hours per discussion)

All Other Types of Work (Meetings, Content Creation, Employee Experience Projects, etc.)

• $375/hour (minimum of 5 hours)
