Below, you’ll find an example of a conversation document I put together for a VP of Services with Salesforce to have this conversation with his direct reports. Based on a five-minute conversation, I captured the needs of the team to facilitate this conversation in person three days later.
This document was shared with the VP the same day as our conversation to ensure I was on the right track with prompts. No changes were suggested, and this is what we moved forward with.
The conversation was safe, fun, funny, productive, & courageous, and we figured some things out!
