In 2024 and 2025, I designed and facilitated “Understanding Change” workshops for organizations undergoing significant transitions - including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions. Rather than taking a traditional “change management” approach, these sessions focus on building awareness of how people emotionally process change, why it can feel challenging, and what underlying reactions may signal. The workshops create a psychologically safe space for participants to explore their responses, ask meaningful questions, and advocate for their own needs during times of uncertainty - emphasizing understanding & empathy over just managing logistics. Participants leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools for engaging with change, & concrete ways to communicate and advocate for themselves effectively throughout the transition process.
