In the event of such default, this agreement shall be deemed null and void at the discretion of the service provider, and the client shall remain liable for full payment of fees in increments of thirteen (13) weeks, with a minimum obligation of $13,000 for each 13-week period or any portion thereof.

In a Fractional partnership, the value organizations receive directly reflects the effort, leadership commitment, & collaborative energy they invest into the relationship.

Phone/Video Call Rates:

• The first call is free (per company) - up to 40 minutes
• Additional calls $50 for each call 1 - 30 minutes
  • Payment is due before the 2nd call occurs

🌱 FRACTIONAL RATES

<aside> 🦩 A fractional role is skills and leadership-based. Consultants focus on deliverables, while Fractionals focus on their impact on the team & company beyond the deliverables. This role is integral to the business's success. It's both strategic and operational, with access to the information needed to be effective.

• $1000/week fee/retainer (3-month project) - minimum of 3 months (13-week) contract
  • Average of 40 - 50 hours per month (all inclusive)

  • I work with 2 to 3 companies at one time on a part-time basis.

<aside> 🦩 Open to some consulting projects: Consulting is a skills-based role. This is a role that is additive to the business and not embedded into the team. This role relies on partners openly sharing information relevant to the project for it to be executed effectively.
